Abraham Licoln

Abraham Lincoln is the 16th president of the United states of America. Abraham Lcioln was born  February 12th, 1809 in Hodgenville, Kentucky. He is one of the most famous presidents in all time because he had the courage to stop slavery. He was president through 1861-1865 four days after the civil war he was assinated by John Wilkes Booth. He was also very famous by his huge hat he is my favorite president. He died in April 15, 1865. Info from my text book.

Jefferson Davis was the first Confederate president and the last. He was born on June 3rd, 1808. died on December 6th 1889. He was president for four years (1861-1865). He was the president when the civil war was going on he was forced to forfiet when general Grant burned down all their resources to stay in the war. Info from my text book.
